Choosing your weekly meals is easy!  Based on customer feedback and favorites, our weekly menu offers four healthy and delicious meals to choose from.
PALEO-FRIENDLY: Our meals are often dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free.
FLEXIBLE OPTIONS: Request to omit any cheeses (dairy), herbs, switch out highly disliked vegetable, or order double veggies in place of the carbs.
NUTRITION INFO: We provide the calories, carbs, fat + protein amounts for each meal... makes food tracking easier + quicker!

Our Food

Make eating healthy enJOYable with MealJOY, the best meal delivery service in Fairfield County.
Each standard size meal includes 4 ounces of fresh, quality, cooked protein.
Each standard size meal includes a ½ cup or 4 ounces of cooked complex carbs or 1 cup of cooked pasta.
We only use olive oils to produce and cook all of our meals!
Each standard size meal includes about 3-4 ounces of cooked vegetables, usually the non-starchy type.
Increasing your protein intake will include 6 ounces of cooked protein, for a cost of $2 per meal.
Increasing your carb intake will include 1 cup of cooked complex carbs or 2 cups of cooked pasta.
This option will eliminate the carb in each meal and include an extra assortment of vegetables. You can request to mix and match your meals ½ standard ½ no-carb!
