Enjoy your carbs in balanced fashion. All of our meals are weighed, and portion controlled, to help you set boundaries and stay on track. Our standard meals range between 400-600 calories. Typically, we use 4 oz. scoops (1/2 cup) of carbs/starches like rice and potatoes, and 6 oz. of protein. We love to splurge on the vegetables and include them in all of our meals. LOW CARB. LOW CALORIE.
We give you the option! If you are looking for more of a fat loss diet, this might be right for you. Our low-carb meals range between 300-400 calories, omitting all rice and starches, and replacing them with extra vegetables. Remember, nothing is set in stone. New Weekly Menu
Every Monday, we upload a new menu based on personal experience and customer feedback. We try to reduce the hassle of choosing from an endless menu. Instead, we offer four quality, well thought out meal options for you to choose from for the week.
Our goal is to keep you from getting bored and put the JOY back into your meals and healthy eating! You can make tweaks in each week's offerings, and request substitutions due to dietary restrictions and/or strong dislike. We're pretty flexible! After all, we are here to make your life easier.
